When people get stuck, the way forward starts with a better conversation.
ResolveReady helps teams, organizations and communities navigate conflict, change and difficult dynamics—so people can understand what’s happening, find common ground and move forward together.
Sometimes you know something isn't working.
You just don't know what to do next.
How It Works
I.
CHANGE. Something has shifted.
New people, new expectations, growth, or transition have altered the way people work together. What used to work may not work anymore.
ResolveReady helps people understand what changed, surface what’s getting in the way, and build clarity around how to move forward together.
II.
CONFLICT. Something isn’t working.
Tension, mistrust or unresolved issues are affecting relationships, decisions or the work itself.
ResolveReady creates the structure for people to address what’s happening, hear what matters, and work toward productive resolution.
III.
ALIGNMENT. People need to get on the same page.
Roles are unclear. Priorities compete. A board or leadership team is stuck. Or people simply have different ideas about what should happen next.
ResolveReady helps groups make sense of different perspectives, clarify what matters, and find a workable path forward.
You don’t have to know what kind of intervention you need. Start with what’s happening.
What Becomes Possible
CLARITY
CONNECTION
Get clear about what matters and what comes next.
Strengthen the relationships the work depends on.
CAPACITY
Handle future challenges more effectively.
When people have what they need to move forward.
The goal isn’t simply to resolve what’s difficult. It’s to create the conditions for something better—greater clarity, stronger connection, renewed trust, and the confidence to move forward together.
Hear and understand one another.
See what’s really happening.
TRUST
ALIGNMENT
We start with a conversation. You tell me what’s happening, what you’ve tried, and what you hope could be different.
From there, I help make sense of what may be getting in the way and what kind of support would be most useful. That might mean facilitation, mediation, coaching, team development, change support — or simply helping you figure out the right next step.
You don’t need to diagnose the problem before you call.

Ways We Can Work Together

We start there — then shape the approach around what will help.

Conflict ResolutionStrengthen communication, relationships, roles, and shared expectations so teams can work better together.
Team DevelopmentCreate a neutral, structured space for people to address conflict directly, understand different perspectives, and work toward resolution.
Change & TransitionDesign and facilitate conversations that help communities and stakeholders listen across differences, build understanding, and identify a way forward.
MediationAddress tension, mistrust, and unresolved issues before they further affect relationships, decisions, or the work.
Leadership CoachingHelp people make sense of what’s changing, surface what may be getting in the way, and move forward with greater clarity.
Community DialogueA thoughtful thinking partner for leaders navigating difficult conversations, relationships, decisions, conflict, or change.
A Note From Jill
I’ve spent much of my career working with people in moments when something important needs to change — when a team is struggling, relationships are strained, perspectives are different, or the way forward simply isn’t clear.
Over the years, I’ve worked across organizations, communities, leadership teams, and systems — from global companies to nonprofits and community-based organizations. Different settings, different challenges, but I kept seeing the same thing:
When people have the right space and structure to understand what’s happening, hear one another, and get clear about what matters, they can do remarkable things together.
That belief is at the heart of ResolveReady.
I created ResolveReady to offer practical, thoughtful support when people know something needs attention but may not know exactly what kind of help they need. Sometimes that means mediation or facilitation. Sometimes it’s coaching, team development, change support, or helping people have a conversation they’ve been avoiding.
I don’t come in assuming I know the answer. I start by listening.
Because conflict doesn’t have to mean chaos. Change doesn’t have to leave people behind. And being stuck doesn’t mean you have to stay there.
There is usually a way forward. Sometimes it starts with a better conversation.
